Hoarders

List what you are hoarding

Five steps: photographs, what it is, what is wrong with it, what it should open at, and a look before it goes live. The clock starts when the listing publishes.

Step 1 of 5

Photographs

At least three of the lot itself.

Each photograph is re-encoded for the page; anything over 6 MB is refused.

No photographs yet — a lot needs 3 of them.

A lot cannot publish with fewer than 3 photographs.

    What happens after you publish

    1. Your lot appears in the catalogue under the category you chose, and on your holder page.
    2. Bids arrive one at a time, each at least one increment over the last, up to a maximum nobody sees.
    3. A bid in the last minute pushes the deadline, so nobody can win in the dark.
    4. When the clock runs out the lot settles on its own the next time anyone looks at it — there is no scheduler here, and the lot page is what finalises it.

Publishing gives you one claim code, shown once. Keep it: it is how you prove the lot is yours if you lose the link.
